Topic: What synastry aspects would make you find someone repulsive appearance-wise??

What is your opinion/personal experiences?
I am confused.. I know it has to do with the ASC and maybe Venus/Mars in bad aspect?
But I've read that even squares between ASC - Venus/Mars create romantic/sexual attraction..
I've had the opposition (thrice) and conjunction once.. I found them all physically attractive..
I was wondering about this because there is someone I like mentally, sexually,romantically but not visually..
It is not that simple though..I find him so repulsive that it grosses me out to the point I feel like I'll throw up.. To make it even more weird.. he is an average looking guy with no weird facial features and normal body.. nothing really weird/ugly about him and he doesn't stink nor he is dirty or anything like that..
It is the first time I feel something so weird.. I can not explain this..

I don't think anyone has ever made me really engrossed, except few people who really seemed to avoid shower and basic personal hygiene. It's repulsion towards someone is created by some strong dislikes of planetary placements. I am not sure how to explain this but having Sun at 3 deg Sag myself, 95% of time I feel serious dislikes of people who have their Sun in exact opposition to my Sun so usually people with Sun at 0-7 deg Gemini. It's hard to believe how strong that even is. At my previous project I met a guy who had his Sun at 3 deg Gemini - we hated each other from the day one. I have a friend who has Sun at 3 deg Pisces, which falls on my ASC- I am all crazy about him. IP: Logged |

I feel like you are not talking about appearance dislike.. It's more like you can not stand them because of some really negative vibes you get from them right?

I have heard that Pluto aspects can do this if the native finds Pluto energy too intrusive on a certain point or planet in their chart.I do not have personal experience though, there is enough Plutonian energy in my chart, so I am fine with it. ------------------

Pluto aspects almost all of my natal chart planets.. but I've found that when someone has ASC in Scorpio they have very bad taste when it comes to their style and generally they do not take care of their appearance if other aspects/natal placements do not compliment the ASC.. A while ago he told me his birthtime..
I am quite happy because what I suspected proven correct..
His ASC is in Scorpio.. and forms and exact square to my Venus in Leo, and 1 orb wide square to my Mars in Leo too..
All the other aspects his ASC makes with my natal placements are trines and sextiles..
I am sure it has to do with the ASC because it is just his appearance that I find extremely gross, not like dirty gross though if you know what I mean..

You can find the same aspects with someone you find hugely attractive. As you would with someone you find "repulsive."Intense detraction is not the absence of emotions, but the acknowledgement of them There are some people i have met that i just didn't like. And the more i interacted with them, the less of them i wanted to see. Including their physical appearance These same people had conjunctions and trines to my supposed "love" planets. So there ya go. One guy had Moon in Aries conjunct my Asc and Sun in Libra(my 7th house). And i just wanted to smash his face to a brick wall  Indifference however is hella different. It means the individual doesn't even feature in your radar. And i would guess that that is 12th and 6th house synastry placements. IP: Logged |

^^ this is along the lines I was thinking.
The energy can be intrusive or uncomfortable if you are not accustomed to or attuned to it, or it causes discomfort with a sensitive area of the chart.For example, I struggle with anything on my Moon, except another Virgo Moon. Opposition is also fine, but I do not like conjunctions of other, more powerful planets. Also not a fan of my DC being touched, probably due to Chiron in 7th, ruled by Aries, so I find this too intrusive for the most part. I LOVE my ASc./Saturn/Mars/Pluto or Venus/Mercury being hit though, as those planets have each other to help push back on the energy coming in. My Virgo Moon does not have a lot to lean on, but finds Pisces soothing. I don't know about appearance though. I tend to be attracted to how someone *feels* (not in a rude way!!!), the energy they give off. IP: Logged |

But it's quite different.. I wouldn't look just for the ASC aspects if we're not talking about appearance.. I've had the opposition many times..
(My Venus opposite his ASC)
I find them attractive though..
Same goes for conjunction and trine..
The closer the orbs the stronger the attraction..
It is the first time that I meet someone with ASC in Scorpio in such a tight square with my Venus..
Ohh.. and all men I've fallen for/felt super attracted to them.. have
Sun, Mercury, Mars, Pluto in Scorpio and
Venus, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune in Capricorn.. because they were all born the same year and month with just a day or 2 apart.. so they all have Sun and Mercury square my Venus & Mars..
My natal Pluto itself squares my Venus & Mars.. Maybe it depends on the person's chart..
For example Whenever my Venus is in trine or sextile or even conjunction with someone else's Venus if my Venus does not make a good aspect with his ASC we never have same interests.. like we are so different in everything.. what we enjoy, our styles.. everything.. Same goes for this person.. We have nothing in common..we like different things and I find their ways and appearance really repulsive..
With the ones I've fallen for my Venus & Mars do not aspect their Venus & Mars.. even if they would it would be an inconjunction.. IP: Logged |

Interesting.. Why those planets though?
What aspects are there in your natal chart? I do find quincunx oppositions sextiles and some conjunctions very very nice in synastry.. but I find most trines and some conjunction really boring.. Quincunx and Conjunctions are most of the times considered difficult aspects.. And trines are considered very good ones.. That is why I feel like it depends on somebody's chart.. I guess I like the quincunx because of my Uranus opposite Sun and in conjunction with 7th H cusp..Quincunx isn't as harsh and difficult as squre. It is more like the other always surprises you because you can never understand them so you are never bored..
i don't like another's Moon in Conjunction/ Trine or Square mine.. I need Scorpio / Capricorn/ Aquarius/ Taurus Mercury in aspect with mmine (I have Mercury in Cancer).. I hate Mercury in Pisces/Leo/Cancer/Aries/Gemini/Sagi I also dislike Libra..
I need moon in quincunx or sextile with my moon.. maybe opposition too.
And I'm crazy when my Uranus conjuncts someone elses Venus or Mars.. Oh Goooood!!
also my Venus in opposition or conjunction or trine with their ASC..
Also when someone has personal planets especially Mars in my 5th H (I have Pluto in Scorpio in my 5th H)
Otherwise I do not feel Pluto contancts that much.. I feel it's because I have too much Pluto placements in my chart and I kind of don't "feel" it..
I really dislike Saturn aspects..
And I tend to not like Neptune ones too..
