I wonder if it is a good sign to have a DW in prg synastry - his prg Sun trines my prg Venus and my prg Sun opposes his prg Venus forever (they get slowly closer, but will meet only in many years).

Plus our prg composite Mars and Venus that are now 5 degrees apart also get closer, also in parallels.

When we met my prg Moon in cancer was conjuncting his natal Sun.

A new guy,... did you break up with the regular composite Sun/Moon conjunction- guy? (if I remember right you shared that with him)

Hi Mir

Yeah, I broke up with the Sun-Moon conj guy. We are still friends, I think with Sun-Moon you stay friends. I have seen that I have amazing friendships with men I share Sun-Moon conjunction with. Instant good feeling.

The other guy I had amazing prg synastry with (Venus-Mars conj in prg longitudes and parallels) it never got off ground during five yrs... but I have a new eye candy at least

Definetely! Regular Syna & compo wise.

The progressed versions are def. start markers. This might be marriage/dating or simply a clearly coming closer.

But let's not forget the NATAL-progressed 4th harmonic lunar phase aspects which (almost?) ALWAYS accompany the simple "start of a relationship', that is;
- progr Moon square/opposite/conj. natal Sun
- progr Moon square/opposite/conj progr Sun

Well, at THE LEAST ^ with 1 person. Preferably in the progressed process they keep bumping against a 4th harmonic wall at about the same time (globally / no exact degrees required) an entire life.

^ I would advice anyone to look at this all as a golden rule. The Sun and Moon deserve so much more focus than given yet.

And what about the pASC/DSC ? I thought that counted for something to start too. Like n/pVENUS conj//opp/trine pASC/DSC or vice versa.
I think I read that somewhere anyway..

^ the TRUE progressed angles can never move with about the same speed as the progressed Sun, as given on astro.com. The TRUE progressed angles would move an entire cycle (so: back at its place) in one year (secondary progressions: year for a day technique remember) so there isn't much logic in using those given at astro.com.
The TRUE progressed angles are called "quotidian angles" and you can find them in the free (and easy to use) PLANETDANCE software.

But I leave researching those up to anyone having the spirit fot it these days.
