I was wondering if you think there's any chance of the outside person (red) being attracted to inside person (blue)? Do you see any chemistry or sparks in general?

This synastry has interesting house overlays but is very lackluster in aspects.

Red's Moon and Mars are unaspected. Sun barely does anything. Venus is square Blue's Neptune. Angle rulers don't do much.

Blue's Mars is unaspected. Sun on Red's Neptune. Venus square Venus. The Moon is doing the best.

This seems to me like smoke and mirrors. These people may be very intrigued by each other because of the their own perceptions of what the other person is (house overlays and Neptune) but if they actually spend some time together getting to know each other they may start feeling like something's missing. Though the charts do mirror each other so they may be similar as people.

Yes there is sexual attraction and chemistry with Sun conjunct Mars and Mars square Jupiter. And yes the person is attracted to the blue one because there is a stellium of planets in their fifth house.
