Please tell me if this is the way this works:
If a woman and a man have a conjunct Progressed Sun and Progressed Venus (Pisces Sun 20* conjunct Pisces Venus 15*), does that indicate they have always had Progressed Sun conjunct Progressed Venus throughout both of their lives?

It might take 25 years to become exact.
And the rule is that it's only STRONGLY felt when it's within 2 deg applying. That's why people come together during these times so often and start a relationship.

Hmmm ... If the Progressed Sun and the Progressed Venus each move approximately 1 degree per year, then will the two Progressed planets ever have an exact conjunct?
