I've just started a new job and have already developed a crush on one of my co-workers (it's only a summer job though and there are no rules against dating...).

Anyways, I looked up our synastry and was pleasantly surprised to see so many good connections! I'm a Venus in Pisces though and I have a bad history of idealizing people too much, too soon, so I don't entirely trust my judgements.

Is this synastry as good as I think it is? Or have I missed something major? I'm not sure if he feels an attraction too, but besides that, are there any potential pitfalls in the chart?

Things that have caught my attention:

My Sun (28 Aries) forms a grand trine with his Moon (24 Leo) and Venus (25 Sagittarius)
My moon conjunct his descendant/north node/mars/uranus/neptune/mercury
His vertex conjunct my descendent
My venus/jupiter conjunct his MC

Is it too soon to say soulmates?

I'm also not the best at reading charts, but I'll give it a go.

First off are the times correct?

Next, I think there is a LOT of attraction (Moon-Mars is awesome and I've experienced it plenty of times as Mars...and trust me if you are a cute girl it will be tough for him not want you based on this aspect). I would say yes it's def too soon to say "soul mates." I think that is your Pisces Venus talking (and hopefully kidding lol) as you are a Cap Moon like myself.

The thing I'm worried about is the lack of aspects to his Moon. The Moon is your deepest soul or self...so I am of the opinion that strong Moon synastry is needed for a soul connection to exist between people. That can be Moon-Asc, Moon-Moon, Moon-IC, or Moon-Sun. You have a Trine to his Sun, which is great...but your Moon is being hit hard by him. In order for it to be equal it would be nice for his Moon to also be hit as heavily as yours. To me it almost sounds like a recipe for you to care more while he won't care as deeply. But that is just my opinion and experience when my Moon has been significantly touched (Conjunctions) and the other person has not experienced the same. Add in a iffy (that is truly amazing when both feel the same way) Moon Neptune contact and you can delude yourself into believing anything you want.

I'm glad to hear the moon-mars conjunction means it might be mutual

GrlyGirl, you've pinpointed my perennial Pisces Venus vs. Cap Moon dilemma! The latter usually wins out in the end though haha. And that's a really interesting point about the moon imbalance, I'm glad to be aware of that. Especially when neptune is involved!
