I'm very curious, mostly because she was born the same day as me (!!!!) and she has had a boyfriend for seven years. I have never had a long term relationship, nothing lasting for more than a month and she has had a boyfriend since she is fifteen.
He is older than she is. They started dating when she was a minor.

Could someone tell me, astrologically, why they are still together? I don't know their time of birth, I only know that she was born before noon but she doesn't know her exact time of birth.

I'm very curious. Seven years is something huge to me!! Because I have zero experience in romantic relationships.

Pluto-NN, Venus-Pluto and Jupiter-Saturn.

Sun square Sun looks somewhat troublesome but they also have Saturn trines Mars double whammy.

There is often little consideration for this but Moon of one person is in the same sign as the other's Mars/Mercury conjunction. It's 12 degrees apart but seems like it's working.

Also, you need to always start with a natal. Blue person has Jupiter sextiles Venus and that basically guarantees good luck on the love side. Often you wait a while and you meet that one person and there you go. I have got that too.

Depending on the birth hour it canbe that especially Moon-Venus conjunction can be more exact. Plus there can be some extra axes connections that we don't see now.

But even then, synastry is always more aspects. In the other thread I posted one awesome synastry: Sun/Venus, Sun/Moon, Sun/Jupiter double whammys and very exact trine/sextile to NN and Venus from one another Venus and Sun. Cannot be better and yet nothing happen.

Yes, but we don't know any of the house overlays, house ruler connections, angle aspects etc. I find them important. Anyway, I see a couple of Saturn contacts both ways and we know Saturn is about longetivity. Throw in a hard Venus-Pluto DW and NN-Pluto and we have a couple that would likely have a major difficulty letting go even if they really should.
