I've heard this can cause extreme sexual desire on the part of the Mars person. But Mars rules anger. Anyone experience extreme anger with this aspect in synastry when they just looked at the ascendant person?

(Since asc rules the physical body/looks.)

Not so far. His mars conjuncts my ASC and it's only really been the extreme sexual desire.
