According to the chart as is, his DSC is Capricorn - this would make him tend to see life through a fairly serious lens. He'd have moments where he'd seem quite somber, even disapproving.

Pisces midheaven would make him quite passive. Not in a spineless way, but not interested in active arguments and fights. He would want to be compassionate with everyone, and if someone hurts him, his pain would be publicly known. Overall he'd much prefer peace and kindness, and could possibly find it difficult to assert himself in front of others in a tough way. It would be a gentle assertion, essentially.

He'd also likely be gullible, think people like him and/or are honest and be shocked if they lied. All the while wearing his heart on his sleeve. He'd essentially wear rose-colored glasses regarding many things. He'd want to help people. He'd feel their pain to some extent and want to try and make their life better in some way.

Virgo IC typically makes me think of the movie "Mathilda". Someone quite smart, precocious in their own way. Possibly likes reading. Virgo ICs tend to take up some sort of typically adult responsibility in their younger years. Virgo IC also tends to mean that some family member could have been ill in some way. Health may have played a prominent role. A family member may have worked some profession regarding health or amelioration of the body in some way - from doctor to physical education teacher. It varies, but something similar could be indicated. Hard work for either the IC person or their family is indicated. This could also mean with regards to their home life, they're perfectionists in some area, or quite picky. They can be critics.

Virgo IC could also mean they have anxiety issues and sensitive nerves, and should anything happen to cause any sort of disruption, it would leave them feeling quite unstable.

Sun and Mercury are in the 9th house for him, and if the house placements are true, then this could very much help explain his outgoing nature. To top that off, Uranus aspects his Mercury.
That would make him rebel, especially in terms of traditional learning. (said sun here earlier - read the aspects from you both by mistake)

So if all of that sounds pretty accurate, then I say it has it's promising aspects, regardless. Pluto conjunct Mars is passionate.
However, Saturn conjunct Merc would create small obstacles in communication, which you'd both have to be able to overcome. It's not harsh so it should be fairly gentle, but it'll cause you both to grow in some way regarding how you share information and communicate with one and other. Sun conjunct Saturn, while some say these two are enemies, this is where they become friends.

Venus in 8th conjunct Saturn on the dsc would indicate an extremely powerful bond between you too, that will be difficult to break.

All of that makes sense, and I actually have a good friend with Virgo IC and that's a pretty spot on description of her childhood.

I'm convinced he's Gemini or Leo rising. I can imagine his moon in the 1st or the 11th and I can imagine his sun and merc in 8th and 10th... He's tall, skinny, tattoos, big eyes dresses kind of edgy. He's not had many relationships and I can't imagine him having 7th house Venus, although I can imagine him having an 8th house Venus so I have no idea what to do about house placements I think I'll just have to give up when it comes to that

I have Mars conjunct Pluto and Mars square Saturn In my natal so how would that play out in synastry?
