the sun/moon midpoint is opposed to Jupiter which shows marriage could be a focus.
the Saturn/moon midpoint is square to pluto so there is a big emotional divide here with intimate feeling likely to never be reveal and so very low probability this relationship with advance.

mercury/psyche are trine to juptier so this seems to be a office "romance". there is excellent communication and you share many the same ideas and dreams.

there is a overall excellent rapport between you.you get along well.

with cupid conjunct to Saturn and eros conjunct to venus ,there is a little good spirited flirting between you, but over all,it seems a bit standoffish emotionally. Though with the eros/psyche midpoint conjunct to mars, he may be quite friendly toward you.

but with the Jupiter/Uranus midpoint square the union/sun conjunction, it uis very unfavorable that a stable relationship will occur.
