Your Neptune-Node exactly on his Asc makes you the archetypal dream woman.

Of course he could meet anybody your age with these outer planets. I guess what makes you stand out is that your Asc conjunct his Moon makes him feel 'understood' and emotionally engaged also and your Mars to his Sun adds energy and fuel to his spirit.
