Birth times are both exact Without going into too much detail.. We had a wonderful relationship despite what the synastry/composite says but ( and I assume this will be the Venus square Neptune and Uranus ) I kept a lot of struggles and personal health issues to myself and as a result I pushed everyone in my life away, including him and the breakup came out of nowhere. Anyway I really want to apologize to him in depth for not being completely truthful and to know that at the time I really did love him (he thinks I didn’t) because I feel now that I'm a bit older I have the wisdom and tools to communicate and I feel I can’t move on with my life until I heal this wound.
My question is how should I approach him and or if I should approach him? He’s very sensitive but also extremely stubborn/unforgiving and I hate having bad blood with people, especially people you once shared a close bond with.

The last month I've been feeling really guilty about the past, but the last 10 days in particular I've been really upset seemingly out of nowhere ... Then 9 hours after I wrote this post, I literally bumped into him at the shopping centre after not seeing him for two years (we don't live next to eachother, there's 100s of shopping centres in this city) . He was literatlly walking in whilst I was walking out at a precise moment, is this a sign I should talk to him? I'm going to say no... you shouldn't do it. I'm no Todd, but that composite is alarming. Sun conjunct Chiron
Saturn opposite Chiron
Venus conjunct Uranus
Moon opposite Uranus/Neptune
Sun square Pluto
Saturn square Pluto Are you the person with the Leo ASC? You might just be feeling nostalgic because the transiting SN is in your 7th house right now. The synastry isn't that great either. ASC trine ASC is nice, but then you guys have Venus opposite Venus, Sun/Mercury inconjunct Sun/Mercury, and your Moons are just semi-sextile. Doesn't look like there's much to salvage here. I don't want us to get back together, I just wanted us to meet up for closure because I ended things abruptly and roughly and I really cared about him and there's so many things left unsaid. I know our synastry is extremely bad haha I wonder if it's my moon conjunct his sun/moon midpoint, the sun conjunct moon declination, his Venus trine my ASC, or my moon exactly on his IC and 90% of my planets being in his 7th that attracted us to one and other who knows  Yes I'm the Leo rising, thank you for adding that part in about the SN because I don't know how to understand transit charts and I am really struggling at the moment out of nowhere.
