Can you remove "all aspect" lines?

Saturn looks like the biggest potential indicator. Red person has natal Neptune, which your Neptune echos. So I don't know that this is going to be a big factor. I see your Pluto square their Moon, but it's not tight. So I think it will be a factor, but again, maybe not a big one.

So Saturn. You two have growing and learning to do. Which is true just given your young age too. But if there is karma, it will be related to this sense of responsibility and structure. Saturn square Venus can be hard to grasp the relationship, to have it come to life. If it does, there will be a sense of struggle over freedom. The Saturn opposite Chiron is like a constant reminder to the Chiron person to heal, to face the wounds they carry. It's very challenging because it can bring up a lot of pain.

If I assume your birth time is correct, their Saturn squares your 10th house Venus/Mercury. This ultimately can help you grow toward your career and your journey, but it may restrict how you express yourself, both in verbal and physical expression. I don't mean Mars expression, I mean Venus. 10th house Venus is lovely, your artistic nature, your expression of beauty and love nature is incorporated in to what you do. Imagine a restriction on that. It would be stifling.

In Scorpio, you are to explore the depths and find a way to let it out, share it with others through writings or communication. With your 8th house Saturn, I imagine you need this boost towards your NN. 8th house Saturn would hold you back, I would think.

For the sexual issues- that's the Saturn (her) opposite your Mars. It's a classic manifestation. Saturn is insecure. That's why these things happen. She is, at the core, insecure and her actions are her trying to control the situation and give her security, stability. She's definitely a Saturnian person- Cap Venus. North Node in 10th. But you are as well with a 10th house Venus Mercury.
