I think she's going to compel you to dig deep into your past and who you are, and use this to advance yourself.

Venus in 4th will give you a familiar connection; Mars will spur you to action, though it can also be a little jarring. Uranus will bring unexpected revelations or ideas connected to your upbringing and past.

In this kind of relationship I think Saturn in the 8th could be good- she's forcing you to look deeper but it could be stabilizing. She's a guide.

Moon in 12th will further this spiritual connection, and encourage you to dig deeper. But this can soften the other aspects.

Without seeing synastry between you two, I would think Moon in your 12th would allow her to understand you without words.

Also, the change is up to you. She can't force you. She is in your life to present you the opportunity, but it is your decision as to whether or not you take it.
