What does it indicate when several planets fall into a persons 5th house in synastry? This guys Moon, Pluto and Neptune fall into my 5th house. My Moon is in this 8th house. And my Neptune is in his 7th house.

No babies? The 5th house is also about kids, creativity and fun. I'm not ready for kids yet but I'm asking if it's a possibility. So I know to take precautions just in case.

Well if you're not ready for kids, you SHOULD be taking precautions anyway. Looking at overlays IS NOT a precaution.

I know the 7th house has to do with marriage. But can 5th house overlays lead to marriage as well?

It CAN lead to marriage, because of the infatuated, crush type "in-love" feelings it produces in the house person, but also the planet person too just not to the same extent. This is the house of romance, fun, pleasure, happy enjoyable feelings. So it is a relationship house, but it's probably the most fickle/superficial and shallow one lol. It's the dopamine/lust stage of a relationship, which of course always fades with time. Getting married just off 5th house aspects or overlays wouldn't be advised until there was other more emotional, intimate connections to sustain it with the moon, Venus, IC and maybe Saturn/Jupiter. Matching or activating the 7th house of each partner is crucial for long-term satisfaction and sustained attraction or even getting each partner to want to actually commit and make it official. A lot of time in life we have flings, or love affairs (5th house), these people are our bf's/gf's, but it's not serious or we don't actually want to marry them or don't think they're the "one", UNLESS they match our 7th house and also the 8th helps too. If not, usually we break up after the initial infatuation of that 5th house dies, or a marriage or official commitment never happens. A good example is my parents who have been together for 25 years and have 5 kids but never married and don't plan to. They match and activate each other's 5th house exactly but not the 7th, so they've stayed technically boyfriend/girlfriend which is that non-committal 5th house energy. I hope this made sense and helped you understand the 5th house and how it plays into synastry and relationships more

@LunaIscariot thanks ☺ so if a person has a Capricorn descendant.
They would probably only find Capricorn sun signs or people who have Capricorn traits marriage material? I'm a Taurus Sun. The only planet I have in Capricorn is Neptune Capricorn rules my 6th house. I know Saturn rules Cap and I do have Saturn trine my AC. I didn't know the 8th house was important in regards to marriage. My moon does fall in the persons 8th house.

What does it mean if the ruler of the 7th house is in the 5th house in the composite chart?

They would just find Capricorn traits in general attractive. You don’t necessarily need to have planets in Capricorn, if you have 10th house planets of a strong Saturn in your chart would help. Also looking to see what else is in their 7th house (any planets) and what the ruler of that descendant (in this case saturn) what sign and house or aspects that is making.

The other person doesn't have any planets in their 7th house. But their Saturn makes aspects to my Moon, Mercury, Mars and Jupiter.

Everything is fun and games when someone else's planets fall into your 5th.

That is until its Saturn,Pluto or Mars.

With these 3-especially Saturn/Pluto. Things may not be all " haha" and "he haw" all the time.

5th house Saturn for instance suggests something that may have started out fun. But ends up quite serious. This especially when Saturn is in Libra/ Cap.

A one night stand that yields a challenging pregnancy,a young affair that becomes a marriage or an affair that could quite literally have one of the parties end up in court.

This dispute could be tantamount to defaulted maintenance on child support, money issues between exes or obligations not fulfilled between lovers.

Saturn has a serious, binding and sobering tone to it. It fares better when in the 6th,7th,8th and 10th.

What if you have 5th house placents in the synastry chart. Like Moon, Neptune and Pluto. And Saturn in the 5th house in the composite chart?

Sat/Plu in 5th lends a serious tone. Even in composite.
