I'm a beginner and going through aspects of my chart.
I'm specifically wondering if anyone can shed light on their interpretation of natal Neptune (rx) opposing the North Node. I read on one site regarding romance a lot of false starts and misread intentions/interest, or misrepresenting yourself, or putting your eggs a less than ideal basket. This all makes sense to me. But I'm wondering about other elements of this aspect as well, and also how to work with this energy.

With SN and Neptune in 8th house, you have a strong perspective with regards to deeper matters. So consider things like spirituality, sex, and the psychological qualities of life and others. You have the ability to tap in and understand them, but it can be confused with a watery perception of reality and dream. So working with the strengths of this, you are here to mentally engage in the here and now, the physical and tangible to guide you in your path. Use the ability to understand others and yourself, but let it be grounded and based in truth. Use your mind to lead you this time, but allow your heart to be the passenger. Don't turn it off, but take your intuition and ground it in fact.

Your Sun is inconjunct this, in the 12th house. You must have very strong intuitive skills, there are a lot of water houses activated here. This Sun in 12th adds strength to this intuitive and Neptunian nature you have, but there is a disconnect. You need to find the bridge between who you are now, and what you have learned before. Joining these two together will point you to where you need to go next. I think the energy though is leaning to the past, the SN. So the struggle is to pull away from it and find the draw to the future you, the NN.

Yes, I am intuitive, energetically sensitive and possibly clairvoyant? I work with plants and herbal medicine. I connect well to energy but struggle with boundaries. Often i can't tell if a reading is legitimate or if i'm making it up. So what you're saying about that watery illusory nature hits home.

You mention leaning on the past which is so astute, though it was not something i had recognized before you pointed it out. This is really useful information, thank you!!

I don't know if I have reached my yod, could you advise how to calculate it?

So Sun/Chiron at the apex at Taurus 28. to Pluto/Saturn in Libra 28, to Neptune in Sag 28.

I have a friend who has a similar yod. This should give you strong purpose in life. You are an instrument for others? This doesn't mean to lose your own sense of self, which is probably easy to do given your chart. But learn how to balance. I know what you mean about feeling like sometimes you are just making stuff up. But trust that those feelings are your intuition taking over.
