Topic: Has Jupiter synastry brought good fortune in your affairs of the heart??

Another member here (Mohini) started a thread on Venus,Mars,Jupiter synastry - conjunctions, in particular, if I'm not mistaken.It might seem obvious that the planet of luck or good fortune would cement many a fine relationship between members of the opposite sex. Or at least start the fires burning. It hasn't yet for me. As near as I can recall, my best relationships - the ones that put hearts in overdrive - never involved any noteworthy Jupiter synastry. What's been your experience, and what was (were) the contact(s) that gave traction if indeed Jupiter provided good fortune? IP: Logged |

I was born with Sagittarius Jupiter stationary in 5th House, at tail of Kite aspect formation. Closest synastry connection was from an 8th House Venus(her chart ruler) of my former wife (11 degree orb). It was a glorious 7 years long marriage. quote:

I think it has potential to.I have a lot of jupiter love in one particular synastry - a tight jupiter-valentine conjunction double whammy (less than a degree both ways). Jupiter - his ruling planet, which is also conjunct his Sag ascendant (4.5deg) - is also conjunct my Midheaven very closely (<1degree). I have mars-jupiter natally, so I do think I have an attraction to jupiter types anyway. How this will pan out I'm not sure, but we have many deep and layered contacts that I hope continue to build into the future, in whatever the context. Will watch this with interest! IP: Logged |

I have his Jupiter (Sag Sun/DSC Ruler) conjunct my Pluto (ASC Ruler) with someone and my Jupiter opposite his Vertex and his Pluto. Not good fortune though, a lot of attraction though other aspects might be taken to consideration obviously. IP: Logged |
