I know that all aspects play out in some way, and the aspects closest to 0 degrees are the most evident. But if the ones at 0 degrees are most evident, how do you notice the ones at 4 degrees? How do you pick up on them and notice them?

Also, I read that if someone cares about you, you need to have Sun/Moon/Asc aspecting eachother in some capacity in synastry. So, if you don't have Sun trine moon or Moon conjunct moon etc. does that mean they don't love you or care about your needs?

Why do so many people not believe in declinations, do they truely matter and why is there such little information about them out there?
