Between Moon and Saturn? Would - 5'13 a be too wide? What if both parellel each other. I assume that would make the sextile stronger?

That's how sextiles work in general in a natal chart. You can start tapping into the energy over time as you are meant to be developing it. So if the orb is wider it might take more time to get into the energy or the progress will just be slower and not so prominent.
In composites and synastries though it depends on what the aspect is. Saturn aspects are usually felt with time, other outer planet aspects are likely to be felt a bit sooner (e.g. Uranus, Pluto) especially if they make an aspect to an inner planet. Aspects between inner planets are the quickest to show up. But in general the feeling here will be of easiness and no friction.
And overall the orb just shows how strongly the aspect will be felt and how much weight it has I guess.

Thanks for the explanation would the parallel between Moon and Saturn make the sextile stronger? My Moon and the persons Saturn is in the same sign.
