is this an arranged marriage? I noticed you name and his birth place.
I ask this because the composite chart does not seemed to be focus on emotional compatibility as much as social parameters.
the node conjunct to Saturn and opposed to Jupiter with the south node indicate the social environment contains social power or financial power.

Jupiter is also conjunct to Lilith giving deep feelings of marriage.

pluto is on the ascendant which usually shows one of the partners to be very selfish which makes a emotional relationship difficult as there is compromise.
juno and Neptune are sextile to pluto ,which does show a degree of sensitivity to each other. juno makes me think your mother is favorable to this relationship.

In my case I have composite Jupiter conjunct Lilith and bml EXACT and this sextiles Venus EXACT which widely conjuncts the nn about 6 degrees (nn is conjunct the mars/Venus mp). What would the effect of that do you think?

the venus/moon midpoint is conjunct the Saturn/mercury conjunctions which shows you emotional interest is very serious about him.

the eros/psyche midpoint is opposed to Neptune which amps up you idealistic, romantic feelings for him but the Jupiter/Uranus midpoint is square to this opposition which implies the romantic feelings will not mesh and could upset any friendship between you.

there is a very strong emotional/physical chemistry here as the moon/sun midpoint is conjunct the node but the mars/Neptune midpoint is also conjunct the node and sun/moon mp .this is not favorable for an intimate relationship. it might show a hidden liaison but nothing"healthy".unfortunately with the sun/moon/node conjunction, there is little chance that he would respond in any way besides some sort of hidden affair. it also seems that if this is a workplace friendship that you might place you job in jeopardy . of course your affair with your boss is a bit like the proverbial shutting the barn door after the horse has got out

it just seems that this is a very good friendship and if you pursue something romantic who will lose what you already have with him.

they might each have sun square Uranus in their natals. this would show that the dispersive energy of Uranus is "settled" in their personalities. though as I recall they got together when the node was transiting the Uranus/sun square, so the time will tell.

I would think that both would need a Uranus square to something....but this is research so see what falls
