Is that a thing?Like if people have mercury conjunct sun in synastry does this mean the mercury person thinks of the sun person a lot? IP: Logged |

Mercury in aspect to the Ascendant would indicate thinking about the person.IP: Logged |

That's a very good point too, Mercury makes the Moon person laugh and get emotionally involved. Mercury - Sun shows how often they communicate depending on the orb and the aspect. Mercury comes to the Sun to initiate a conversation in my experience (especially if the Sun's person Mercury does not make an aspect to the other person's Sun). IP: Logged |

I don't know tbh. I know that Mars-Merc is "you motivate me". I had this conjunction with people whom I worked well with.

Love this. There is one person who's always on my mind - whenever I get him out of it, I'll see something with his initials and then boom he's back again. He says similar about me. My mercury is trine his jupiter/ascendant/uranus; and closely conjunct his IC. His mercury/sun/saturn is square my moon. I was thinking though - surely pluto would be significant, lots of obsession etc. So I looked at the declinations: My merc parallel his pluto (1.5deg) My merc parallel his IC, contra parallel his MC His merc parallel my South Node His merc contraparallel my sun, mars, jupiter and North Node Always worth checking the parallels! The same thing is happening to me but it's been throwing me off lately because I don't get why this person is stuck on my mind. I do have lots of aspects to support this strong mental connection to him but I don't know what his side of the story is so it's kind of draining. I do believe the strongest synastry aspect that makes you think about someone whether this is reciprocated or not is your Mercury to their Ascendant. If you're too emotionally invested with the person then Moon-Mercury probably creates a similar effect but different feel. IP: Logged |
