Asc Leo
Sun Cancer
Moon Scorpio
Mars Virgo
Venus Taurus

Person 2:
Asc unknown, I don't think it's is in fire signs though
Sun Libra
Moon Cancer (it could be Leo, but doesn't seem so)
Mars Virgo
Venus Virgo (these two are in conjunction)

What do you think? What can you say about the second person's placements?

Well many factors come into play here.

Person 1 sounds like a 12th house sun? With mars in Virgo i guess he wont be very assertive, even with a leo ascendant. Where is your mars? If you have mars in fire or air i think that person 1 will really get on your nerves and if you express those feelings to this man he will potentially be the biggest drama queen (in an intimate relationship). Though if you genuinely like him and tell him that- you will most probably have the most caring and loyal man you could find, though he will probably need plenty of assurance of your love for him.

Does person 2 have any aspects to his moon?
From what you have posted my bets are on person 2. But life is to be lived and if you have a gut feeling, go by it.

Edit: To be able to tell if person 2 is into you, you would have to post some more info about your own placements and preferably a synastry chart. But even without his birth time it would be sort of a guessing game.

Sooorry, it was really funny to read, because I am the Person 1. x)
And I am into person 2.
That was a tricky question, I guess, because I didn't mention that one of these people - me.
I just wanted opinions based on these placements, so I apologize for confusing you. I can't decide, how to act - lack of initiative from person 2 means lack of interest or is it this person's nature. Unfortunately, I don't know their TOB, so can't speak about aspects from Moon.
