it seems the defining aspect is the mars opposition to Uranus/Neptune conjunction.
this aspect is usually intense,sensual and addictive emotionally but not very stable or enduring.
but here moon is trine/sextile to this opposition so that might stabilize this a bit.

the south node conjunct to venus/juno and venus certainly looks like a aspect of love and marriage. Jupiter conjunct the vertex also brings intense energies toward this idea, though chiron square the vertex might bring in uhsurmountable difference.

one very unfavorable aspect is that the sun/Uranus midpoint is conjunct the Uranus/Neptune midpoint and opposed to mars.

this usually shows a underlying sexual intensity but that an unstable emotional union is at the base of the relationship.
though the Saturn sextile to Uranus and trine to pluto could excerpt a strong stabilizing emotional base.

the eros/psyche square's midpoint is square to ceres which shows a very loving and idealist urge to provide a nurturing emotional force toward each other.

hmmm moom sextile to Jupiter.....

it seems to have the potential to be a very successful relationship and likely a marriage.

I am just very leering of Uranus's central position.
the transiting south node will be conjunct the composite Uranus on September 23.
the node has formed a r-s stationary at 5leo53 and will remain near this position to early September so if this relationship is to be successful, I think a dramatic change will occur ,such as engagement or marriage.
but if the urnaus proves to be problematic then the relationship will likely breakup in late September
