I'm currently talking to/dating two guys and am having trouble figuring out which one is more compatible for a longterm relationship! I've been on three dates with the guy in the first chart and I'm going to meet the guy in the second chart this wednesday but we've been having a lot of in-depth text conversations in the meanwhile.

These charts are a bit messy to read. Can you perhaps get cleaner ones from astro.com?

They're both a bit of a muchness, really. Both have tricky aspects from your planets to their moon, without easy aspects. The first thing that stood out for me.IP: Logged |

Blindbliss, no contest. Overall synastry potential with Clayton is only 55% (5.5/10). One step above blah. Overall synastry potential with Cal is 80% (8/10). Sun/Moon, Mars/Venus, ASC's all harmonious. The only big snag is Mercury's square by Sign: communication challenges between two minds that think differently. Your Aries Sun inconjunct his Scorpio Pluto indicates emotional work between you. Possibility of arguments. IP: Logged |

Hi, here are the composites! For the life of me I couldn't find the composite chart on Astro.com - and when I did it said I had to pay for it? - so I went on a different website instead. Hopefully it's still easy to read! I have to point out that while I know the birth date, year, and place of each guy, I do not know one of their birth times. (I figured it'd be a weird thing to ask on a date lol.) I was able to find out Cal's, but not Clayton. For what it's worth, my time/place/day is accurate. IP: Logged |

For more background on this:I met both through a dating APP. Cal (12/29/90), I had been messaging for a sizable amount of time and technically met him before Clay. We actually just had our first date yesterday and he was swooning at me the entire time. We had really good text conversations and apparently his past bad dates made him a little skeptical about how well it would go. When I turned out to be everything that I had presented on the profile/in texts, he was elated and basically kept telling me how into me he was lol. I did come to find out that he is a lot more...effervescent in person that I had imagined. Based on his communication through text, I assumed he was an otherwise really chill, quiet guy with a sense of humor. So I was a bit taken back by how animated and feminine he was in his speech! We had actually matched on the app during a previous dating stint I had about two years ago, but we never met up because I deleted the app. He actually ended up adding me on LinkedIn and I accepted not remembering who he was lol. I joked and said that we were like two ships in the night. With Clay (12/27/88), we had messaged back and forth but not nearly as long before he was direct and asked me on a date. We had a lot to talk about and have had two other dates since then. On our third date, I was straightforward about liking him but needing to take it slow and he seemed to really appreciate it because we ended up kissing/making out in the rain and I have to say it's one of the most romantic moments I've had lol. He also has kiddish qualities to him despite being nearly 30 - he already looks pretty young for his age but dresses like a teenager (graphic tees and jeans each time I've seen him). He seems like he's a pretty impulsive dude, or at least he was in the past based on his anecdotes about getting into mischief because just because he could. Neither of them have been shy about expressing how much they like me. My first date with each guy both lasted five hours. If I choose one of them, this will actually be my first real relationship. I've had close calls before but because I'm someone who cherishes mental/emotional connection above all else when choosing a partner, I've passed on people who didn't fit the bill. (Ironically enough, when I put in the info of a past fling who had completely different political/philosophical views than me, the synastry actually came up as being the most pleasant.) So basically I'm looking for things that mean either relationship can stand the test of time and be serious, especially after the infatuation phase ends. I'm being very shrewd about the whole process, since it's important to me, so it may as well be that neither of them are right for what I'm looking for. I'm still very much a novice at reading charts - I can really only interpret what computerized reports tell me. Based on me plugging this info in other websites, it sounds like both charts have attraction and repulsion aspects. Also, I just think it's hilarious that they're both Capricorns born two days apart. I have Cancer rising and an overall water-heavy natal chart, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it. I know Capricorn and Cancers are supposed to be "ideal" partners in the seventh house or something? IP: Logged |
