The angles are the person in place and time. They are (from what I've read) a sensitive point, kind of like a portal from where the physical arena enters the sensory elements of the chart owner. Put yet another way: the angles ground the chart configurations in matter - the physical plane.

Therefore, the angle person feels it more because we are alert to our physical environment. But, it's also a feedback system whereby, because the chart/angle person is feeling it, that person will give vibes back to the planet person because they are getting the vibe of that person in time and space (physical world/the angles).

Ascendant and MC gives out energy, tells the world and people who you are.

The IC and Decendant would be more introverted and about the influx of energy to the chart?

Not sure about the transit of the IC to natal planets (as per the statement in that link there). But, it IS a two way thing with planets on the angles, but not the same as when a planet aspects another planet. As I've come to understand it that is.

It's like a loop: because the planet (Venus here) gives off vibes, the angle is impacted - "feels" it, absorbs it, and assimilates it (with it's own characteristics). That energy is then diffused back out again, and back to the planet. But, with a combination of the angles own characteristics as per the sign of the angle, ruler, aspects, etc.

In summary: I don't think, that is, I speculate that, the angle does not actively give that energy out, and why I say the energy is diffused out - which is a passive phenomenon. But the planet sort of sees and absorbs it's own reflection of itself as it impacts the angle. And the loop/feedback continues.

Isn't it a filter? From where the world enters, and from where the internal planets pierce to exchange with the outside world?

And, because of that, it colours the way in which you both appear and express yourself. And then is ultimately a passive interface. I will continue thinking on this.
