It's a little complicated, actually. So she is in a relationship, but she isn't happy with the guy and is talking about moving out. (he has a drug problem and is getting increasingly aggressive, this I have only found out recently)
So, we haven't been on any dates or anything.

So, when we first met I didn't really consider her as a potential partner as she was already in a relationship, and naturally assumed her taking a liking to me just being friendly. Everyone else in the office see it differently, and are convinced that there is more going on between us, but I always felt it was quite innocent, although we do get along quite well and my day is more enjoyable when she is there and she *is* attractive.

It wasn't until people in the office started talking about us "flirting" that I began to think of it this way and had it add some tension - although it could have always been there and I was too inside my own head to see it, OR maybe it is innocent...

But I don't trust my intuition at the moment because I'm currently going through a neptune square moon transit and my intuition will tell me one thing one day, and then the opposite the next (this headache is a whole other story of it's own, really) and so I don't really trust my own perceptions at the moment.

I see that there is a bit of rapport between you two air signs. I imagine that, you, with a Moon conjunct Mars could appear as a strong guiding male force that this Libran could relate to, or even admire. Perhaps especially in contrast to the troublesome guy at home.

My guess is that it's very hard to have the capacity to look for a new relationship when you're in one, and especially if that one is a troubled one. So, I figure, she is just vulnerable at the moment. She might actually be afraid, and maybe she's clingy. Librans often appear as flirty when they are not.

Also, it would seem that her Moon is going through the same Neptune transit, considering your Moons are opposite. This opposition underlines what I say about her looking for a safe focus to get her through - those Moons are reflecting back to each other which can provide her Moon grounding at this time. Finally, is her Moon not aspected in her own chart? I'm not sure. If so, then again, you're providing some stable ground for her at this time.
