im 1st house person, what augentier said, sounded pretty accurate. shes not the most attractive person iv ever seen atall.

but she certainly was ideal in my own personal sense, which i kept preaching as - "not too goodlooking/standing out, but not ugly to the point where im not attracted.

she was just good looking, but not 'stunning' or any of that glamour-stand out crap.

LL09 - funny that but true, I know what you mean.

Also maybe apart from the physical ideal, maybe also someone who will ply you with a lot of charm, express their values to you. Maybe even share or give possessions to you. I can only think of one person that I know who has their Venus on my ASC and although I wouldn't say he's generous, he's certainly expressed his personal views and maybe even morals to me that I haven't seen him express to others. Of course, I don't agree them but that's another story - his Jupiter opposed my Venus.

For me...I prefer Venus in my 1st house. Planets in my 7th house dont really do much for me in relationships beyond friendship. However, it could be because my natal Venus is in my 1st house..so I may just like that naturally.

i think venus in my 1st house works out better in my chart, it can conjunct my sun or asc.

it is also prone (if conjunct my sun) to trining my 7th house ruler.

This is a good aspect to have, goes a ways with attraction, friendship, and just hitting it off, but it won't hold a relationship together in any way. First husband's and x boyfriend's venus's were both closely conjunct my asc. I broke it off with one and the other dumped me.

Same here about 7th house + friendships. I also see it more like business partnerships, etc.

However, this is most likely because my Virgo Sun is conjunct my Virgo Mercury in the 7th house. They both square Saturn in 9th/MC.

Is it possible for Venus to be conj Asc but still be in 12th house? Or cusp-wise, due to its super proximity, is Venus then considered in 1st house?

Partner's Venus in Gemini tightly conjunct my ASC. He always tells me I am the most beautiful girl he's met lol but my Venus in Virgo doesn't believe him 😂🤷🏻‍♀️
