How would my love nature be affected by Venus and Mercury being inconjunct NN?

Does it mean my mercurial, communicative side and love or values are completely unrelated to my ultimate goal in life?

I have NN in 3rd house Aries, and both my career and values are plenty affected by the need to energetically communicate through art and values.

I do have a hard time bringing together my romantic relationships and direction in life in line, though. Is that what it is?

What aspect in synastry or composite would balance these two close inconjunctions out? Someone's NN conjuncting these? Is it possible to even "bridge" a natal inconjunction?
