He does sound like a Gemini rising, with with a bit of Scorpio influence, this would make sense with Gemini rising and mercury in the 8th. Pretty sure his sun/moon would also fall in the 9th? That would describe the studying foreign languages part.

He looks like a Scorpio rising with Jupiter in his first.
So late degree Scorpio
This would put his cap/aqua stellium in the 3rd (that’s why you’re picking up Gemini) and his sun/moon/Saturn in the 5th (creativity/music etc).
This would explain the talkativeness and sociablility with the 3rd house stuff, and studying foreign languages is a Jupiter/sag thing lol, also gives height.
Scorpio rising/Pluto is usually skinny as well.

He doesn’t look at all like a Libra rising, no no.
They have a distinct faceshape and usually dimples on the chin and a lot more of a clean cut appearance. Not into tattoos or piercings etc.

I still feel it’s middle to later degrees Scorpio with Jupiter there. He has the longer/narrow face like Jupiter gives. Is he funny as well? And seems confident?

The only other one I’m thinking is aqua rising with mercury there as well. That would be the unpredictable ness..and the Gemini/mercury influence.
