First I notice that his Venus, although a bit of a wider orb, still sextiles your Sun.
And your Venus sextile his Mars.

That being said, within his own chart his Venus is in Gemini and aspected by Mercury only. And it sits in his 12th house. And since it rules his 5th house as well, I'd think it'd be an important planet for him. However, with Uranus and Neptune in his 7th I'd consider those too as prominent 'triggers' for him.
He may like to vocalize his Venus or love with this Mercury aspect... And vice versa, he may like to sugar coat his thoughts... However with the Neptune hard aspect to his Mercury, it may be pretty 'haywire/confusing' to him as well so perhaps the sugar coating will be what he himself translates it to be as within his own mind. And Venus being in his twelfth house... He may somewhat like to see his lovers as ideal in some way. And probably in the mental sense since it's in a Mercury sign and aspected by it too.
With Uranus and Neptune in his 7th...
Uranus opposes his Mars and conjunct his Neptune.
How I'd think of this is like skydiving in your dreams... It's free. It's wild. It's nothing but dreamy.
Neptune opposes Mars, conjunct Uranus, sextile Pluto and square Mercury.
Probably the feeling of being intimately involved in a love affair.
Saturn is his 7th house ruler and opposes his Jupiter and squares his Sun.
This is the part it gets more serious... First I like to view the Saturn/Jupiter opposite as the sort to expand and make most of your limited resources... And square his Sun, definitely uses those as resources and incorporates them within his traits so to speak.
With this 'limiting' planet Saturn in his 8th... Since it opposes Jupiter too, instead of resisting 'transforming' situations I'd think he'd see such as an opportunity for growth.
That all being said, although the point is to not do a personal reading, it's good to know certain aspects that would be a trigger point for him. And the rest may matter, but only really secondary.
Let's first take his romance trigger Venus. He wants to be able to idealize his lovers and feel like it sorta messes with his brain.
That Venus sextiles your Sun.
The flavor of your Sun? Its' only aspect is a square from Neptune - and that square mirrors the 'messiness' of the square from his Neptune to Mercury - which is the only aspect to his Venus. And his Mercury in Aries sits right beside your Sun that's aspecting his Venus.
The rest I'm just gonna rattle off lol too long already this.
But pretty much, seems like Saturn is important in both of your charts... And I like how your Venus is aspected by both Saturn and Uranus - which sits in your seventh house too... And Venus in your own chart sextiles Saturn and sits in a Uranus house. So you may really like both of these aspects. As far as the square from his Saturn... In all honesty I wonder how that would bother you, given that your Venus is in the sign of Taurus. Especially I feel there's the nice balance there of Uranus too to cancel out the choking effect.
His moon seems to be unaspected natally... I feel that would give it a Uranian quality... Or at least free to express itself. Or the opposite, him being emotionally disconnected since it doesn't really have an 'outlet' - in whichever case it's definitely the Uranus-like vibe - and your Uranus aspects it. Which almost makes it feel like home to him. And being close to his fourth house cusp I'd guess he'd feel most comfortable with that 'moon-like' feel, especially it being his ruling planet too. And that moon of his is in fact aspected by your moon. And it's in a Mercury sign natally, and aspected by your Mercury...
I'll stop for now... although the more I observe it the more I like it.

but you're welcome. In all honesty I can't call myself a pro since I only got into astrology a year ago. But I hope I didn't mess up with any of my observations. (Although I'm pretty well read so I wouldn't think I did... But feel free to call me out on anything, a subject I'm kinda obsessed with lately so wouldn't mind to correct my mistakes for the future ya know)
