Does the Midpoint person receive the eros energy, are they passionately triggered by the Eros' presence?

I read that the midpoints don't give off energy, rather they're receptive. But with asteroids they are felt by the person owning the asteroid once activated. So generally, who feels what?

I'm actually really interested in this myself, who feels what? I personally think that the asteroid would have av effect on the midpoint since it's an actual object and the midpoint is a hypothetical thing, but I'm not sure!

Hmm, well my boyfriend's Eros is on my Psyche, which is on my Sun-Moon midpoint. And I'm passionately triggered by his presence for sure. Midpoints kind of confuse me but my Sun-Moon MP is sextile my Sun and Moon, so if something hits that, it's also sextile my Sun and Moon which complicates things.
