I think Cancer placements in guys tends to be turned on by the idea of 'making babies'.

Also take note that Mars is the primal instinct. So when in Cancer, it is the protective (Cancer) instinct (Mars).

So I guess he feels more in his primal element right now. Hence his sex drive has increased.

I have mine in Libra(and I believe yours is there too?). And so our primal instinct is ignited when we are in the throes of fighting for a cause or some type of injustice.

At that point, our sex drive is likely to spike considerably. Mine draws some parallels with his because of the close square aspect of Mars/Moon.

The reason that Moon/Mars aspects are infamously called "baby-making" aspects is because the Moon (unwittingly) brings out the arousal in Mars- especially when in signs Cancer,Taurus,Scorpio,Aries or Cap.

So whilst you are pregnant and likely to act more emotional and "needy"(Moon in Cancer). You will arouse him because he starts to feel more protective of you(Mars in Cancer).

It was likely the set-up before you got knocked up. But it will elevate in its frequency right now. Lol.

I definitely agree with what you said. It doesn't help I always had thoughts of having his babies. I've had sex with other men prior to our relationship but I have never had this weird desire of getting pregnant until I met him.

I always thought my Venus in Cancer friends were kinda gross because they always talked about carrying their boyfriend's babies or like starting a family right away. I'm kinda ashamed because now I feel the same way lol.

I thought our Moon-Mars conjunction is a bit too wide at 7 degrees, but I guess not. After all, conjunctions are extremely powerful, so it might be possible they can be felt even at wide degrees.

Don't let anyone guilt you into keeping the baby if you are not ready. You are in complete control here. Try not to think of it in the present, but instead what the future will look like 2, 5, etc. years from now. Having a child is LIFE CHANGING and especially one that wasn't planned, that is born into an unstable situation. If your partner is not 100% on board or you have any doubts about your future together, I likely wouldn't go through with it. In time you will heal from the whole ordeal and it will become a distant memory.

I also want to add that my coworker's sister and her husband got pregnant "too soon" (they were not financially stable at the time) and did not go through with it, but later went on to have 2 beautiful kids and have lived a wonderful life. So it's not unusual that even if you are considering a life with this man, that it might be too early to begin this journey.

Just my $0.02 from the opposite side because I know many people have strong views on this subject they will try to impose on you.

As per mars and moon conjunction goes what was it like when you first meet him?

I recently had the strangest encounter with this placement with a stranger...exactly a month ago.

I'm a currently a visiting student at another university. I walk into the library and the girl who is working the desk has moon in cancer.

We cross eyes..she's wearing exactly what would appeal to my placements.

We talk..almost as if she's comfortable with telling me anything.

I find out it was her birthday on November 21 thats how I know she has a cancer moon.

Anyway I Can't peruse...the course I'm taking is killing me.

Actually all cancerian types (esp. Sun in Cancer) have a deep connection to their mother or are generally drawn to motherly-types, looking for a mother in a partner or being the nurturing (motherly) partner themselves etc.
