But, so far, even though it's early in the game, we do a ton of ninth house stuff. Everything is exploring- different parts of town, different restaurants, cuisines, bar hopping, we went to a contemporary dance performance and he has invited me to travel. Very 9th house.

But my last significant relationship had composite 10th house NN, in cancer. We were a very private couple, rarely going out and always connecting best in home, which fits with cancer, but not so much with 10th house interpretations. Looking back I think it was 10th house bcs it changed/affected me (can't speak for him) in terms of how I defined myself. Not ascendant first house stuff, but how I present myself to the world. Through the relationship I gained better perspective of my own value and sense of identity. But that's not how I would typically think of a 10th house composite NN.

With my youngest daughter we have an 8th house NN. This holds very true. She is young yet so I can't say how it is from her perspective, but relating to her has caused me to face deep issues from my own childhood. To be a better mother, and help her be the best version of herself, she and I handle many deep 8th house issues together. It's in Cancer, too.

My other daughter and I have a Cancer 10th house NN, conjunct Saturn. This is true too. We have an easier relationship, less passionate but just as deep as my relationship with my youngest. She and I have found our friendship is growing with the years- slow and steady with Saturn at the helms. And 10th house, comes back to personal development. For both of us, obviously.
