From the Venus point of view, how this would play out? Have you been rejected by the Pluto person?

I (Venus) feel extremely attracted to a guy I met online (Pluto). He did seem interested as well, but after I corresponded, apparently he lost interest. I always thought that the Pluto person would be the one obsessed, but in my case seems to be the opposite?
