Yes, I use midpoints in synastry. What you describe forms a midpoint "tree". Check out Ebertin's book "The Combination of Stellar Influences", available on Amazon.Roughly your example means: Spirit and Soul/striving for power/control of feelings. quote:

Can you further explain? It is my Moon/Saturn MP conj his Sun/Moon and Sun/Pluto midpoints.
