I wonder if Pluto square Venus has to do with that separation in love. It usually does. And his,Chiron on your Sun, which brings pain at some point on the relationship. Also, I don't see,strong Saturn in the synastry to mak w people fight for the connection ...

I have his Chiron conjunct my Sun as well. Somehow he reminds me of my ex-bfs and the past hurts they caused me even though he didn't behave like them. I've to keep telling myself "He's not like them... he won't hurt me like them...". It was very painful that I had to revisit my past and heal within.

The funny thing is during this period my ex reappeared in my life and we reconciled some matters which sorta healed my pain.
