Yes any aspects to the vertex are very significant in my experience, try to look for other asteroids planets angles that also aspect the vertex this can fill the puzzle to the story in your fated synastry. IP: Logged |

Which particular asteroids should I check and what's the orb? Based on tight orbs: His Vertex square my Juno, conjunct my MC, sextile my Chiron/Ceres/Psyche. It also falls into my 9th house Jupiter which rules my Dsc. My Vertex square his Jupiter, semisextile Ceres. It also falls into his 3rd house where his Chart ruler is. IP: Logged |

Check for all asteroids in the lindaland asteroid library; check only for hard aspects within 3 degree orb. IP: Logged |

I don't know which library you're referring to. The Asteroid Astrology Library? IP: Logged |

Thanks! Found the answer for the conjunction to my MC. Also just realised that his Vertex & Union are conjunct so both conjunct my MC. Seems that in addition to the interpretation below, he also supports my ambitions/career goals or wish to go into a biz with me?? They both also conjunct my SM midpoint actually but I understand that this connection doesn't mean anything? Disappointing because my Vertex also conjuncts his SM midpoint. By Lotis White:
================================= When the Vertex is conjunct the MC, something about that MC person’s reputation or vocation will open up new possibilities in your mind. Maybe they’ll introduce you to a new interest, or teach you something important about how to maintain a good reputation. Maybe their reputation/job suits you in a way you never expected and changes your perspective on what you want in a partner. When the Antivertex is conjunct the IC, something about the IC person’s private world or home resonates with your already established wants and desires. The way they conduct themselves in their personal haven gives you what you were looking for, or lives up to your expectations. ================================= Seems like the Vertex person will feel a draw to the MC/IC person but how is this "fated" as compared to planet-planet/angle connections?

You can read this up - http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum37/HTML/000026.html Ultimately, Vertex contacts don't seem very romantic to me (lol). The Vertex person will view the planet/angle person as some kind of ideal, depending on where it's touching. IP: Logged |

In synastry with someone my Vertex is in the persons 7th house. And their Vertex makes an exact square to my Asc-Dsc axis. I had a synastry reading done by an astrologer. And she said that my Vertex in their 7th house indicates a meeting in this lifetime for the purpose of having relationship.
