Is the semisextile an energy to examine between these planets in a synastry chart? I see it is exact in this example.

Do you ignore this aspect even between Venus and Pluto? Or is there that common heat even in a minor aspect?

I've experienced the mutual here- both Pluto and Venus in Libra and Scorpio.

I wouldn't necessarily say there was a lot of connection in that degree, but values and power struggles might be really left field for each other. They may or may not have anything to do with each other-- but really look for other aspects to those planets in synastry for the bigger story there. (Even no aspects can tell a story.)
