Transit Moon conjunct Venus. Transit Venus conjunct Moon. Transit Venus conjunct Sun.. Transit Venus/Mars conjunct your Venus/Mars.

Basically positive aspects from transit Venus/Moon/Mars to your/their natal chart.

I would say transit Venus conjunct Sun, Moon, Jupiter and/or Neptune/Jupiter (dream comes true) in your 7th and/or Sun/Moon, together with transit Jupiter to Sun, Moon, Venus (conjunction or trine) and/or Uranus conjunct Saturn (accomplishment) in your 7th or 5th. I would say also Mars to Venus (hit on someone) in 7th transiting at the same time of the above exemples. Also, North Node conjunct or trine Sun, Moon or Venus, whether the NN is strong in synastry or composite. Usually, when major karmic aspects in synastry/composite are triggered by transits. For instance, if you have a strong Vertex, NN or Chiron aspect in the synastry, a Vertex, NN or Chiron transit to one of your natal planet and the other person's planet at the same time might suggest a major event in the relationship is coming.
Progressive natal or synastry: Sun conjunct Moon or Venus, Moon conjunct Moon, especially in 7th or 5th.
