Depends if it's applying aspect or separating aspect. If Moon is before Saturn than aspect is stronger cause Moon is faster than Saturn and on its way to make exact aspect (and it means that things which symbolize these two planets will happen in the future). If Moon is after Saturn, then it's separating aspect, it's already wide orb and Moon will soon leave conjunction, so it has little influence, but mainly connected to something in the past that weakens.
