Can anyone help me understand the dynamics between me and my boss better? I’m not looking for a romantic relationship as I’m married, but I’m curious of what he might think about my work and value in the company.

with eris conjunct the vertex and square to venus and the sun and with Saturn opposed the vertex......there is a very spontaneous physical tension here.

with pluto opposed to Jupiter, he is very controlling and is liable to try to be involved with shady social activities. mercury forms a tsquare which doe snot help matters.

hopefully the trine of mars to and Saturn and sextile to Jupiter will bring out professional behavior from him and not the darker desire obsessiveness that is possible.

there are so many problematic emotional aspects here. the sun is conjunct to psyche which could elicit fantasies .... nessus and orcus conjunct the node and these are square to the juno/juiter midpoint....I really feel a energy of emotional coercion in the chart.
the only suggestion I have is if he makes of gives any even slightly or jokingly ..... emotional overtures... do not respond at all.. totally negative reinforcement... any response would encourage him...total negative reinforcement...ignore his comments and go on with your assignment . definitely no after work socialization unless a least one other employee is present... but even that is to much.
the transiting node is passing through the pluto/Jupiter opposition right now, squaring both. transiting pluto will be conjunct the transiting south node on april 4th . this could correlate with a lot of business activity but it would also be the day he could approach you in inappropriate manner.

on the positive side juno is sextile to Jupiter which is very favorable as you,busines wise, will always be on the same page. Neptune with juno implies you might be the one with creative ideas though offer them cautiously. Jupiter/psyche midpoint is conjunct the node so he should be well disposed toward you.
with Jupiter trine to pluto you and he should work well and with Uranus sextile to Saturn and trine to the venus/mars midpoint, it should be productive as this patter gives both analyzing and solving problems. it is very productive and is especially favorable for personnel questions.
the moon/mercury sextile really facilitates a close working relationship as your intellects and intuitions are similar.

ok on the other hand the reason I asked if there were women in upper management is because this composite also has what might be term male chauvinistic aspects.

particularly the mas/Venus midpoint is conjunct to nessus . this is sextile to Saturn so it might by itself show a slight social inhibition but nessus is also square to pluto so the mars/venus midpoint is also square to pluto.in addition the moon/sun midpoint is square to pluto, so these dynamics are a central aspect of your interactions. (even without his correct time, the moon's position can only vary by +/- 1.5 degrees) this square to pluto could show ,as you characterize it, as a hidden predatory skein in his mind.it might show up as his taking credit for work you both accomplished.
Orcus is opposed to mercury/moon conjunction so again a selfish and controlling attitude may appear.

the psyche/eros midpoint is conjunct to eris and square to the sun which bring the specter of emotional/sexual attraction. I guess this could also be called predatory as it shows both a sense of romantic attraction and a purely carnal interest. as the sun is involved, this is likely to cone up.
I am having to give the same advice with the first chart.. totally negatively reinforce the slighted vibration of emotional familiarity.

back to work, the Jupiter. mercury and Jupiter/moon midpoint is square to chiron. this is a two edge sword.it shows very intense analytical and critical qualities.
this implies he will be an exacting boss and you will heard it in spades if you make a mistake. he might be overbearing and quick to assign fault but the best way to deal with this if it occurs is to immediately accept all blame whether he has partial culpability or not..he expects perfection so make sure you understand the alternatives to what you present.

Jupiter square to Uranus is unfavorable as it bodes working with him will be filled with problems. I am also suspicious of the square between Saturn and the Neptune/juno conjunction.
if the relationship is not working, I could see him doing things to"set" you up to fail. Saturn may be opposed to Lilith but you used the mean Lilith and not true lilit(h13). this aspect can be very devious and regardless he will not let you know what he really thinks.
on the Lilith axis, these tendencies are inherent in the relationship so you will have to be absolutely accurate. if anything is not clear make sure you get it clarified, leave no room for ambiguity .
