Hard to say exactly- Both because of the lack of research online, and from experience it is a hard one in general to wrap the head around.I've experienced this with someone. My 8/9th (cusp) Sag BML opposite a 2nd house Gemini BML in someone else.
It seems to be almost that our untouchable nature, or desire to assert out freedom at any cost, sometimes comes at odds with one another. Or ... my 'idea' of freedom is very different than their own. Not that it can't get along- oppositions are still sister signs who have a lot in common.
It should be noted as well; the opposition to BML is Priapus; an area where we are prone to wanting merge completely with the other person. So having BML opposite each other also means that each other's Lilith is conjunct the other's Priapus.
This is where I find the difficulty. The other person's urge to merge wholly and completely is offset by resistant force of Lilith. It is where we want to be WHOLLY our own person, and to not merge. So it can be a little tricky to work out.
