I was just wondering if anyone had any initial thoughts looking at this synastry and composite chart? Anything that stands out or looks troublesome, or even very good? I am most curious about whether the inside person (he) in the synastry is attracted to the outside person (she). Thank you so much IP: Logged |

Yes I think he can be very romantically attracted. His Sagittarius Sun/Neptune on her ASC opposite her Moon on his 5th house, and her Sun/Neptune on his 12th house square to his Pluto/8th house and Moon/Chiron. her Venus on his ASC and his Venus trine to Mars. Her Jupiter on his 7th house trine his Sun/Neptune. It all looks more in a platonic, idealized way though. His Uranus square her Venus and her Neptune square his Moon might give a lot of emotional instability, intentions might not be ever clear between them. The Composite shows Sun/Neptune/Mercury in 12th house, and this again gives the feeling of a platonic love or a very romantic relationship where things are not always realistic. There might be a strong and inspiring intellectual/psychic bond, and a lot of romantic idealization with Neptune conjunct Sun/ASC, but with Saturn square NN and Uranus opposite Chiron, it looks like a committment might be challenged on the long run, or feelings might be one sided... Thank you so, so much for these insights. I really appreciate it and you have helped me a lot. When you say feelings might be one sided, who do you think might have the feelings - him or her?

Looking at the synastry, if TOB is correct, potentially they both might have feelings and idealize each others a lot since they have "reversed" ASC/Sun (he's Sagittarius Sun, Capricorn ASC; she's Capricorn Sun, Sagittarius ASC). His Neptune is conjunct to her ASC and her Venus is conjunct to his ASC. So this looks like mutual romantic feelings. He might act detached though and she might not understand his feelings (her Neptune square his Moon and his Uranus square her Venus/Saturn/NN.) So, maybe, even though he might have feelings, he might not easily commit. He looks very independent (Sagittarius Sun/Neptune in 11th house) even though he idealizes a lot, so he might be someone quite demanding on this idealization level in order to commit. At the same time, his Moon/Chiron square ASC can give him a lot of insecurity and his NN 12th house is not giving a clear direction to his life, even though it "conceals" an high purpose he might be mostly unaware of. She, with her Sagittarius ASC and Sun conjunct Uranus/Neptune, can be a very independent person as well, but her Venus conjunct Saturn/NN in Capricorn 2nd house, and her Moon in 7th house seeks for emotional stability. So, maybe the will to commit is the issue here, more than unrequited feelings. Or, just something in their life might prevent this to occur or make it difficult to carry on. If they commit, they might be ready for an independent attitude or periods of physical separation. The fact is that Composite Venus is not favourable, the only Venus aspects here are Comp Venus square Pluto and MC, whereas Pluto is conjunct to MC. They might share a successful career or creative project (Comp Mercury conjunct Uranus and Comp Mars conjunct Moon trine NN), and they might have an high opinion of each others (Sun/Neptune conjunct ASC), but the twelve house placement of Sun/Mercury and the Saturn square to NN with no strong positive Venus and Saturn aspect here looks like there's an obstacle between them on the romantic level. Thank you so much for this! Sorry I didn't reply sooner to thank you, I have been offline for some time. This seems dead-on for me, I've learned he is in an unhappy relationship - but one he won't leave. So that's his obstacle, thank you again.
