Hello what could it imply if 7th house ruler is conjunct 5th house ruler in synastry? That too double whammy?

How important are house ruler conjunctions in synastry apart from planet conjunctions?

I have this in a composite with someone. Our 7H ruler is conjunct our 5H ruler in the 4H. I'd like to know how that would play out too lol
