I don’t know that I’ve ever had this with a friend. It will feel like a Venus-Pluto connection since Scorpio rules over 8th house. 8th house person will be mesmerized by the way Venus expresses charm, beauty, pleasure etc. Venus will overextend sharing these qualities with Pluto and Pluto will sense Venus’ ease of doing this. It can be a strong and emotional bond. The ugly sides of it are Plutonian qualities. Jealousy, possession, obsessiveness, etc. Pluto May swing between adoring Venus and holding contempt for Venus. Okay, I agree that Venus in 8th house can be interpreted as venus conjunct pluto. Very intense
