Fellow Lindalanders,Please join me in commiserating over encountering someone that just is not that into you. A moment of silence please as we bow our heads in hurt and anguish. That person you encountered is your astrological "type" activating all of your relationship houses, placing their Moon on your South Node and Venus on your North Node (a deadly combination for me), activating your Sun/Moon midpoint with their Sun and Angle-to-Angle conjunctions. You have an unfathomable attraction to them, but you hardly activate any of their relationship houses. They also like blondes and you have dark hair. Ugh Why?! Why does this universe treat me so? My Venus/Uranus conjunction in Capricorn is never impressed or if only for a fleeting moment, so why is he driving me crazy?! Thank you all for your time in allowing me to rant and joining my pity party as I try not to burst into tears. IP: Logged |

Aweh cheer up. you can’t win em all. Rejection in different forms happens to everyone at some point in their life. You’re not meant for everyone and not everyone is meant for you. And that’s ok. Don’t ever internalize rejection, realize it’s not even about you, it’s about the other person. You don’t fit THEIR needs, THEIR biology, THEIR conditioning, THEIR chart, THEIR preferences. It’s not even personal lol. I hate chocolate ice cream, but I know multiple people who love it. Am I wrong? Are they? Is chocolate ice cream good or isn’t it? What’s the truth? There is no right or wrong. It’s just a subjective personal preference. Same thing goes with people and attraction. I’ve rejected lots of people, not because they’re unattractive, unlovable, somethings wrong with them etc. they just weren’t for me but doesn’t mean they’re not for the next person and vice versa. I’ve also been rejected but I’ve also been chased heavily by the next person lol.. What I’m tryna say is that it happens and it’s not a reflection on you, don’t ever forget that. Just be you, be confident, be someone you yourself like and are proud of and would want to be with and I’m sure you’ll find your match 😊 sending you good vibes 🙏🦋❤️IP: Logged |

Remember that there is always someone better. I assure you that while one person may not like you there is someone else who does. IP: Logged |

@ashes2phoenixYou know that song ‘I would die my hair blonde for you’ ..some random thought I had.. But honestly.. i’m there with you. Find solace in the fact that with that much Node action you’ll have a few life times ahead of you, together. And next time you’ll be the one to call the shots. LoL With Moon on your SN he would feel warmly about you, too. IP: Logged |

I actually have Venus in Capricorn in the 4th conjunct Uranus (4)/Saturn(5)/Neptune(5). When I was younger, I used to have a hard time letting go and having fun. I was way too serious, I still have a naturally serious disposition, but I'm anything but serious. Must be all that Cap and my Virgo rising. I love having fun, I like being silly. I don't enjoy being around a lot of people, but I do enjoy small groups of people doing nature-related things or things others would find "abnormal" or "eccentric." What about you? IP: Logged |

Awww, I feel you, you have all my sympathy.I call that the limit of astrology. I fell madly in love (or so I thought) in my early twenties with that bloke I thought was meant for me; if you want to look at it I'll get the synastry chart, I was barely aware of aspects back then and never really looked into our synastry (young!), I was obsessed with Pisces, he was one, he had a bunch of Taurus (rising and moon), I'm a Virgo...., and also had some fire, I'm a Leo rising... but mostly I felt it all, the attraction, the compatibility, if I had to guess I'd say we had the infamous venus-mars square or some dose of Pluto because the rooms literally heated up when we met and we could talk for HOURS, heated debate, passionate agreements, laughter, the whole enchilada. AND YET!!!!!!! It lasted, platonically (he was avoiding, invoked university) for 3 and a half years, monthly 4hours phone calls, big drama, the person I am today is ashamed of most of it lol Then we finally saw each other again, same electricity, same comfort, my, the comfort. And after 3 visits over 2 months, he literally jumped on me. He didn't perform, I froze, like badly! And he disappeared for 9 months ^^ After that we saw each other again, the comfort and electricity were oddly still there, he was, in typical male fashion annoyed as his 'weakness' and after confronting him (not easy confronting a Pisces, TRUST me, but I hung in there, I had earned that closure), the truth that came out; and while I did not trust him, I had gotten to know him enough to know this was true; I was not his type. That ******* kept me wrapped around his finger for YEARS (ok, I was daft enough to let him) to finally pass because of things he knew about me within 30 seconds of meeting me. He liked the way I think, express myself, I made him laughed, he fancied me... but he thought I didn't love money enough and didn't seek it enough in my professional life and also I wasn't white enough for his racist family and while he said he didn't bother him he said it would be an issue with his mother and.... is that woman a Cancer turned dark to have such a toxic hold on her son? Anyway, the "type", sometimes is, if not very often, more important than astrology. I think astrology is who we are in our flesh, but the free will is a powerful force and if someone decides to go against their flesh, what can you do? Nature, nurture.... a lot of people want who they want for reasons that are quite superficial. If someone hasn't evolved to being more honest with themselves, those ideas will be strong. To accept the effects of astrology I think you must agree to a certain work on yourself, it's a very good therapeutic tool because of that, but if you are dead set on the white picket fences with the lawyer hubby and the 2.7 children, you may even discard the realness of a moon trine moon, all just to fit your type. Their loss

My sympathies! I've never experienced moon-SN & venus-NN, just NN or SN individually but from experience, god it does sound deadly.Buuut I think a scenario like this is where astrology is especially so rewarding I think. Can you imagine going at it again and again to be hitting the same 11th house stellium wall? It's such an excellent thing to be able to know that you will really not activate his relationship houses, that it's not you, and it's such an excellent gift to be able to walk away from a dynamic with these insights. My first big relationship was somewhat unequal in this way, and I really was never ideal for this person and kept going at it for such a long time. Really wish I was familiar with astrology then. My best of luck to you. I really hope you encounter a dynamic where you're very much valued appreciated for all the right reasons VERY VERY VERY SOON!!! IP: Logged |
