Hello everyone, I am curious to know your thoughts about having Chiron conjunct Venus or Mars in synastry. I have had his aspect with 90% of the men that were interested in me, and it made me wonder if it's really inevitable to get your feelings hurt when having this placement? Especially since I'm the Venus/Mars person. I checked Chiron transits, and I found it entered Gemini on June 1983, and left on June 1988. And it happens most men^, if not all, were born in this time period. While me, on the other hand, have my Sun, Mercury, Mars and Venus all in Gemini, in the 8th house (Except for Mars in 7th). So this is kind of eeek?? I'm wondering if developing any relationship, whatsoever, will result in me getting hurt. Since Chiron will most luckily, conjunct at least one of my personal planets. Thanks x IP: Logged |

I think the conjunction could be good too. It could be healing. What's your experience so far?IP: Logged |

I've had chiron conjunct venus twice. I was chiron in the last relationship and now I'm the venus. In the chiron relationship, we met when I was going through a very difficult time and he helped me through it but, it turned sour. We constantly bring out the absolute worst in each other. We have 2 children and it's a struggle to get along. He's always been a spiteful person and any chance he gets he tries to hurt me, even after we've been separated for 3 years. It's like he just can't let go of us and when I refuse to give him what he wants (me) he turns hateful but, it's only behind closed doors. He has everyone thinking I'm just crazy and trying to control him when I've finally had enough of his **** and react to it. It's been 10 years of very hard lessons learned. My new relationship, my venus is exactly on his chiron/Midheaven and it's completely different. I do find myself sometimes reacting too strongly when I feel he's not acting the way I expect him to when it comes to romance but I've had to learn that it's my fears from the past resurfacing. He is nothing like my ex and I'm nothing like the person I was with him so I'm able to spot those tendencies and actually have a healing relationship this time. With my venus on his Midheaven/chiron, it's funny because I have made his "image" better and my saturn is on his IC and I have brought stability to his life. IP: Logged |

I think it would too, if both of the parties involved direct their energy towards the healing aspect of chiron. My experience so far hasn't been that great. Most times, I feel like I'm expected to be "Mother Theresa" like. I don't know how to explain it. The individual just loses itself in me, and I'm supposed to pick them up. It brought somewhat of pain to me and emotional burden to me. No matter how much I try to toughen it up. Also I, on the otherhand, feel like I NEED the other. It feels very karmic or fated from my side. So I tend to cling to the energy, even if I cut ties with the person. I hope I made sense. IP: Logged |

Thank you for sharing your story, Dons2angelss. It's very inspiring. I very much relate to the part of expecting too much from the other person. Especially since I'm always the Venus person. Also I have been guilty of it sometimes. I also have Vertex in the 8th house, I'm pretty much a 24/7 magnet for people that try to trauma-bond with me. It's a full circle. And this made me a bit worried, because somehow, when I went through the birth charts of my pervious potentials or exes, they all had their Chiron conjunct my Venus (or Mars, Mercury, Vertex, or Sun). And I feel kind of stuck, because as I mentioned, they're all from the same age bracket. So I.... *BIG sigh*. IP: Logged |
