Another thing I see that's good. You have all those planets in his IC, all your 8th house placements. Your Venus in his 4th house, a description I got online;

"This is a great placement for merging of families in situations such as long-term partnerships, deep friendships and love and marriage. Living together will be pleasant, and you will both enjoy having beautiful things of comfort in the home."

So this can indicate stability and longevity and desire to create a home together. This is good cause maybe he can see you as someone he wants to build a family with! If that's what you so desire. Or maybe he can just see himself with you and go the distance.
Your sun in his 5th house. You bring lots of fun into the relationship. It brings playful romance to your love.

I actually don't see too many sexual aspects accept for tat Venus-Pluto conjunction which can be quite powerful. That's probably why you worry this relationship may be purely sexual. Im guessing you really feel a spiritual connection with him, and Im guessing he sees you as someone he feels comfortable with and cares for. However your emotions are probably conflicting.
