my IC is in scorpio, so I experience this fairly often in synastry. when a guy's pluto conjuncts my IC within 1.5° it's kind of like, something about him hooks into my core. it's a very "you've really got a hold on me" feeling.IP: Logged |

I also have my IC in Sco and whenever a guy has his planets that conj. this (esp. Pluto), it absolutely floors me. But not in a sexy kind of way. Instead - in a very jarring, uncomfortable, painful way. It feels much deeper, more raw, and it makes me more aware of my own shadows and inner-demons. I obsess over him, of course, b/c there is definitely a very strong attraction there, but the energy is much darker (definitely not in casual infatuation-type of energy).To be honest, it feels too intense. And it makes me very uncomfortable and I've always ended up avoiding them b/c it just feels like it could be "too much" for me. But I also have an Air moon so I'm not as comfortable to feeling my feelings as some others... IP: Logged |

What about Mars conjunct IC @2.5° in synastry? I'm the IC guy, she's the Mars. They're both in Virgo. Her Mars is actually in my 4th House too.Would this aspect be as intense as Pluto conjunct someone's IC? Her Mars in her 8th House in her Natal. How would this differ from Moon conjunct Mars/Pluto? I have an air Moon as well and Scorpio IC I have this with a guy. And I can relate about not feeling comfortable about expressing my feelings. But I can’t hide my feelings from him. I talk to him a lot about the things I’ve gone through growing up and it can hurt. Yes it does make you more aware of your inner issues and for me it’s unsettling. Because it’s things that I don’t like to think about. But his Mercury is also on my IC as well. IP: Logged |
