Not necessarily just friendship! I think the 11th, 9th and 2nd-Houses are often so undervalued/overlooked in terms of romantic potential b/c everyone is obsessed with the 5th/7th/8th. It really depends on a lot of factors. It's also interesting to check out house/sign rulerships for the 5th/7th/8th and see if they aspect the 11-H stuff. For example, my 11-H is in Gem, where I also have my Moon so I am particularly weak for Merc's eneries. My 7-H is in Aqu, which is ruled by Uranus and Uranus traditionally rules the 11-H. Therefore, when a man's personal planets fall into my 11-H, I immediately take notice. In fact, my current obsession has his Mars & Merc falling into my 11-H too and I am completely infatuated. So don't friend-zone the 11-H too quickly! It can contain the seeds for great romantic potential! IP: Logged |

One of the best relationships I know has moon in 11th -in addition to other 4th,8th stuff-. It brings incredible acceptance and familiarity and good times I think. I like the 11th a lot. It's the house of wishes and hopes!
