Well... there are some things that could definitely make it relationship material. The only thing I don't really like is the un-aspected Moon/Chiron. The orb is too wide so I wouldn't count that aspect to Uranus.
Did you have his exact birth time for this?
If not, then the Moon might be at a different degree.. and hopefully it might actually make some closer aspects.
The most important things in a composite chart are personal planet aspects and in particular having Sun/Moon and Venus/Mars in aspect... plus some Mercury connections is great. Some astrologers think the absolute best configuration for love is having a stellium of Sun/Venus/Mercury or Sun/Moon/Mercury...
I actually think just having these planets in aspect is positive in and of itself, so it doesn't have to be a stellium necessarily..
You have Sun conjunct Mercury which makes for awesome communication. You are on the same wavelength mentally.. If you also have some synastry aspects involving Mercury - then you probably feel like you could talk for hours.
Venus in nice aspects to both Mars and Pluto (with Jupiter thrown in that mix!).. is awesome! On a physical level, you really feel well-matched. There is good chemistry between you and there's also a lot of depth to this connection (since the grand trine part of the kite is in water signs). I would guess that it feels great to just be in the same room with this person - because you connect in a very positive way.. I see this grand trine as a *lock eyes across a room* aspect... It's very romantic and sweet, but also sexually attractive!
I wouldn't worry too much about Saturn being involved in that t-square.. This is more like "every relationship has its problems".. You often see Saturn pop up in significant relationships and often it is actually hard aspects.. So things won't always be "fun" between you... but in the context of everything else, I would say that you can figure this out together...
The main problems are... the Moon (if it's *actually* un-aspected.. but you need his birth time to find out, as I mentioned).. and the other "biggie" is Neptune... in the Neptune/Venus opposition - turning the grand trine into a kite....
The Moon is like the emotional core of the relationship. You need to have some Moon connections to really get emotionally close. Venus is more like chemistry, love, romance.... but the Moon is a deeper kind of emotion... and feelings of familiarity...
Without Moon aspects.. I feel like this might end up fizzling out.. even if there is a great deal of chemistry otherwise...
Also... the conjunction to Chiron (if the TOB and degrees are correct) could bring up some old wounds that will be difficult to deal with and talk about - since this doesn't touch on any other planets.. It might even be like a painful situation hidden beneath the surface..
^^ But that's only if the Moon position is correct and that Moon/Chiron is actually a *close* aspect....
The Neptune/Venus is an issue because .. well...
Neptune is a very complicated and confusing planet... and because it is transpersonal, it can trump other things - like Saturn and just about everything else other than Pluto aspects (the Venus trine Pluto does help with this! Pluto is a much more realistic planet than Neptune..)...
You both need to keep your feet on the ground..There can be a lot of mutual idealisation going on which will feel totally sweet and amazing in the beginning stages -- but if you don't want this to crash and burn... you need to *actually* get to know each other, as you *actually* are.. rather than as you would want each other to be... in that Neptunian/fairytale version of life...
But I don't believe the Venus/Neptune would break you either...
Really, the only thing that could break this up and turn it into a "short term" thing - is the Moon situation..
Other than that - in my opinion - overall - it does look great for long-term.
Hope this helps!!!
